OBJECTS AND PURPOSES

(1) To promote the interests and well being of the residents of the Keyneton district and to foster community spirit amongst such members by such means as the Association shall think fit and to raise funds and acquire property for such purposes.

(2) To do all things as may be necessary and requisite and proper in the management of the property of the Association for the benefit of and in the interests of the residents of the Keyneton district.

(3) To control and manage the Keyneton Lindsay Evans Memorial Park for the recreation of the Keyneton community.

(4) To control and manage the Keyneton Nature Reserve for the conservation of native flora and fauna.

5) To control and manage the Keyneton Soldiers’ Memorial Hall for use as a public hall.

(6) Any other objects which the Association may from time to time deem necessary and desirable for promoting the interest of the Association and which are not inconsistent with the above objects of the Association or outside the permitted bounds of the Act and Regulations.
